Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your order, please take note of the following terms based on when you cancel:

For Orders Placed 6 Days or More in Advance:

• 72 hours or more before the scheduled date: 100% refund will be issued.
• Under 72 hours: 100% chargeable.

For Orders Placed Less Than 6 Days in Advance:

• 24 hours or more before the scheduled date: 100% refund will be issued.
• More than 24 hours: 100% chargeable.
